Your Brief

Using the AI Amplifier Model, your table needs to produce four things in ten minutes.

You're designing your organisation's AI transformation play — not a technology procurement exercise. Connect every decision back to the seven capabilities. Define success in business outcomes, not adoption metrics.

Your Table's Answers
Facilitator Challenge Questions
If your answer mentions a specific tool: "Which capability does that build? How would you know it's working?"
If your success metric is adoption-based: "What business outcome does that adoption actually move?"
If your 90-day action sounds like a strategy: "Can you make that one degree more concrete?"

My Commitments

Write down three things before you leave. These create the social accountability that turns learning into action.

Three Things
One thing I will do within two weeks
Not "think about AI." Something specific — a conversation, a workflow to map, a metric to set up.
🗣
One conversation I will have
With a named person. Your CEO, board chair, head of engineering — whoever most needs to hear this framework.
🔍
One workflow I will examine
Through the lens of the Amplifier Model. Ask the green field question: if we were starting from scratch today, how would we design this?
Remember
"The gap between the 6% and the 94% will only widen from here. The organisations that treat AI as an organisational transformation — not a technology deployment — will be the ones that capture the value."
You now have the diagnostic and the framework. What you do with it starts Monday.
